Terms and Conditions Karmic Blooms 2026-2028

These terms and conditions apply to your use of and access to the Website www.karmicblooms.co.uk and to any contract made between you and Karmic Blooms for the sale of any product, including any order placed through our Website or through any other platform or location where we sell our products.

Karmic Blooms offers both Collection Pieces and Bespoke Commissions. Collection Pieces are established Karmic Blooms designs which may be individually handcrafted or created to order. Bespoke Commissions are products created to meet a customer's particular specifications or which include clearly personalised elements. Different terms may apply to Bespoke Commissions where permitted by law.

Please read these Terms carefully to ensure that you understand them before ordering any product from our Website.

We reserve the right to update and republish these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will apply to orders placed after the updated terms have been published, unless otherwise required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Website, its content, designs, imagery, text and branding belong to Karmic Blooms or the relevant rights holder.

When using the Website to place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not sell your personal information. Where you have provided consent or where otherwise permitted by law, we may contact you regarding Karmic Blooms products, services, offers or relevant updates. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

You agree not to upload, submit or transmit content or information to our Website or any other Karmic Blooms platform which is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

Website & Social Media

We reserve the right to restrict or prevent access to our Website or social media platforms where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance or other legitimate operational reasons.

Karmic Blooms may moderate content submitted to its social media platforms and reserves the right to remove content which it considers inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, misleading or otherwise unsuitable.

Where you upload or submit images, comments or other content to Karmic Blooms platforms, you remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so and that the content does not infringe the rights of any other person.

You agree to indemnify Karmic Blooms against reasonable losses, costs or liabilities arising directly from your unlawful use of or contribution to our Website or social media platforms, including infringement of another person's intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers and discounted items are offered at the discretion of Karmic Blooms and may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Promotional offers cannot normally be combined or accumulated unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional offers may be limited in duration, availability or quantity and may be subject to a minimum spend.

In the event of an obvious technical or administrative error affecting a promotional price or offer, Karmic Blooms reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

Where Karmic Blooms is unable to fulfil an order because of lack of supply, component availability or another genuine operational reason, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

Where a promotion includes a free gift, this is subject to availability. Where necessary, Karmic Blooms may substitute the free gift with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Where an order containing a promotional free gift is returned and the remaining order value no longer meets the qualifying promotional spend, Karmic Blooms may deduct the value of the free gift from any refund where permitted by law.

Orders & Contracts

When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order.

A contract between you and Karmic Blooms will be formed when we accept and process your order. Payment may be taken at the time the order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and fulfil orders within the stated lead times. We will contact you where we become aware of a significant issue affecting our ability to fulfil your order.

Karmic Blooms reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine and reasonable reason to do so, including where a product or required component becomes unavailable, where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

Where Karmic Blooms cancels an order for reasons outside the customer's control, any payment taken for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices & Availability

Prices and availability of products are subject to change.

Karmic Blooms makes every reasonable effort to ensure that products shown as available on the Website can be fulfilled. However, due to the nature of some of our suppliers and the availability of individual components, there may occasionally be circumstances where a particular product or component becomes unavailable.

Where this occurs before an order has been fulfilled, Karmic Blooms may contact the customer to discuss a suitable alternative of comparable quality and value.

Where an appropriate alternative cannot be agreed, Karmic Blooms may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

Where a particular component becomes unavailable before an order is fulfilled, Karmic Blooms will not materially alter a customer's agreed design without their agreement, except where a reasonable equivalent substitution has been expressly permitted or agreed.

Collection Pieces & Bespoke Commissions

Karmic Blooms offers both Collection Pieces and Bespoke Commissions.

Collection Pieces are established Karmic Blooms designs which are individually handcrafted and may be created to order following receipt of a customer's purchase.

The fact that a Collection Piece is made following an order does not, by itself, make the product a Bespoke Commission.

Bespoke Commissions are pieces created specifically to meet a customer's particular requirements.

This may include, for example:

• an individually specified vessel;
• a particular combination of botanicals or stones;
• specific dimensions;
• personalised elements;
• branding;
• individually designed features; or
• other design requirements requested by the customer which are not part of the standard Karmic Blooms Collection.

Where a product has been made to the customer's particular specifications or has been clearly personalised, the statutory cancellation right may not apply where the relevant legal exemption applies.

Customers will be informed before placing an order where a product falls within this category.

Because Bespoke Commissions may involve individual design development, consultation, sourcing of materials and production specifically for the customer, the cancellation and refund arrangements applicable to the commission will be explained and agreed as part of the commissioning process, subject always to the customer's statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to goods which are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Materials, Variations & Handcrafted Pieces

Karmic Blooms pieces are individually handcrafted using carefully selected faux botanicals, natural stones, decorative components and sculptural vessels.

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape and finish may occur as a natural consequence of the materials and handcrafted production process.

Product photography is intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible, although colours may appear differently depending on the customer's screen or device.

Where a customer has specifically selected or requested particular materials or design elements as part of a Bespoke Commission, those requirements will be confirmed with the customer before production.

Small Components & Natural Materials

Karmic Blooms pieces may contain small decorative components or loose natural stones.

Customers should take appropriate care when handling such items and should keep small components away from small children and pets where appropriate.

Delivery

A delivery charge will be added to the order where applicable and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

All quoted delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Karmic Blooms cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delays caused by postal or courier providers. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

We currently deliver within mainland UK only.

Customers should allow adequate time for the delivery of their order and should take note of any stated lead time before placing an order.

Where a particular product has a stated lead time, this will be displayed with the relevant product information.

Where circumstances arise which mean that an advertised lead time cannot reasonably be met, Karmic Blooms will contact the customer and provide an updated estimated timescale or, where appropriate, offer cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation Rights

For Collection Pieces purchased online, customers generally have a statutory right to change their mind and cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal requirements and exclusions.

Where a customer exercises a statutory cancellation right, they must notify Karmic Blooms within the applicable cancellation period and return the goods without undue delay.

Where a statutory refund is due, Karmic Blooms will process the refund in accordance with applicable law. Where required, this will include reimbursement of the standard delivery charge originally paid by the customer.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where a statutory cancellation right applies.

The statutory cancellation right does not apply to certain goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the relevant legal exemption applies. This may include genuine Bespoke Commissions.

Customers will be informed where this applies before placing their order.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under these Terms, Karmic Blooms will process the refund without undue delay and within the timescales required by law.

Where applicable, refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, customers should return the goods without undue delay following cancellation.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where a statutory cancellation right applies.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects a customer's statutory rights.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is materially different from its description or otherwise does not meet the requirements of the contract, customers should contact Karmic Blooms as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs.

Karmic Blooms will work with the customer to resolve the matter in accordance with the customer's statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our full procedures relating to returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellation are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, the customer's statutory rights will always apply and the interpretation which provides the customer with their applicable legal rights will prevail.

Liability

Karmic Blooms shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, technical or computer faults, failures or malfunctions, supplier disruption, component shortages, postal or courier delays, illness, severe weather, natural disasters or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Karmic Blooms shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses which were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the customer's statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, Karmic Blooms' total liability in connection with a particular order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order, except where a higher amount is required by law.

Intellectual Property

The contents of these pages, including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text, written materials, product designs and other creative content, are the intellectual property of Karmic Blooms or the relevant rights holder and may be protected by copyright, design rights, trade marks or other legal provisions.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, such material must not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or incorporated into another work.

Some photographs, images or other materials may belong to third parties. Karmic Blooms uses such materials in accordance with the permissions or licences available to it and cannot grant rights to third-party material which it does not own.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Karmic Blooms' intellectual property to a customer.

Use of Website Content

Customers may access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes and for the purpose of browsing the Website and placing genuine orders.

No part of the Website or its content may be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without the express written permission of Karmic Blooms or the relevant rights holder.

External Websites & Links

Karmic Blooms may provide links to external websites as a convenience to customers.

Karmic Blooms does not control those external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or any loss arising from a customer's use of them.

The inclusion of an external link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Resale

Unless expressly permitted in writing by Karmic Blooms, products purchased from Karmic Blooms are supplied for personal or business use by the purchaser and must not be commercially resold, reproduced or represented as the purchaser's own design.

This does not affect any rights which may arise under applicable law.

Privacy

Karmic Blooms will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide when placing an order is accurate and sufficient for the safe processing and delivery of that order.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or a purchase from Karmic Blooms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights which the customer may have under applicable consumer law.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
