Terms and conditions Karmic Blooms 2026

These terms and conditions apply to your use of and access to the Website www.karmicblooms.co.uk and apply to any contract which is made between us for the sale of any product including any order placed by you for any product over our Website or any other platform or location where we sell our products.  Terms differ for bespoke products which are made to order and not subject to all of the same terms & conditions as other products.

Please read these Terms carefully to ensure that you understand them before ordering any product from our Website.   We reserve the right to update and republish our terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to any supplier, customer or any other party and unless otherwise stated all intellectual property rights belong to Karmic Blooms.

When using the website to place an order you are choosing to enter into a contract with us which is fair and transparent.  You agree to provide correct information and understand these terms and how they apply to you.  We agree to take the greatest care of any information provided to us and in line with our privacy policy when dealing with all matters relating to you order.   We will absolutely not share or sell your information but we might contact you from time to time with offers etc and our privacy policy outlines this in full.  We ask you to let us know if your information changes, where this might affect the safe arrival of your order and to comply with all applicable law.  You agree not to upload content or information to our website or any other platform where Karmic Blooms have a presence.

We reserve the right to restrict or prevent the access to our website or any social media platforms or channels to any person without prior notification or explanation.  Our website and social media belong to Karmic Blooms exclusively and no other organisation, company or individual will have any rights whatsoever.

 Karmic Blooms will not accept responsibility whatsoever for any content provided by any organisation or individual which is displayed on our social media platforms which may not be moderated at all times.  Removal of comments, images or any other content remains within the sole gift of Karmic Blooms and no explanation or prior notification shall be given.

In uploading images or comments to any of our platforms or channels, you accept full responsibility, including agreement that you are solely responsible for and indemnify us against all indemnified costs, damages, expenses, losses and liabilities incurred and/or suffered by us as a result of any claim in respect of your use of the Website or any of our social media platforms and channels.  There is no time limit on your responsibility in this regard.

Our promotional offers and discounted items are offered entirely at our discretion and may be subject to differing or specific terms and conditions.   Promotional offers cannot be combined or accumulated and in the event of any technical or administrative error on our part, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund without any further obligation or responsibility.  Promotional offers and items are generally for a limited time as we see fit and we will maintain full autonomy to further reduce our prices without impunity or financial obligation to any organisation or individual; similarly we may return any items to any other pricing as demand dictates and without prior notification.   Some promotions may be subject to a minimal spend amount.

In the event that we cannot fulfil any order on any promotional item through lack of supply of items  or components, or due to any other operational reason, such as illness, we reserve the right to offer a full refund to you in a reasonable time by way of full and final severance of our contract which has been made through the ordering process.

In the event that a promotion is offered with a free gift, this is subject entirely to supply and we may need to offer an alternative free gift of similar or greater monetary value.  Promotions cannot be set against sale items.  In the event that your order or part order is returned, the value of any free gift shall be deducted from your refund, where the value of the returned item/s result in the order value not reaching the spend level which was stipulated in the original promotional terms.  In benefitting from our promotional offers, you are agreeing to you details being kept securely for our own use.

When you place an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms in their entirety. We will happy chat to you via email to address any queries or concerns and will always do our utmost to resolve any disputes.  It may take up to 5 working days to answer emails and longer during holiday periods.

All orders shall be made via our website and we may occasionally sell on other platforms.  When you place an order you enter into a contract, as we do, in good faith and with purchasing your chosen item/s from Karmic Blooms within these terms.  Karmic Blooms will do all possible to process your orders in good and reasonable time but hold no responsibility for postal delays of any kind by any provider.  Karmic Blooms shall not be held responsible in any way, including financially for any such delay; this does not affect your statutory rights. 

We aim to send you confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Karmic Blooms for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. We will take appropriate payment from your chosen payment method at the time of your order.  This does not affect your legal rights. 

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.  We may sometimes not be able to secure you chosen products or items, or components needed for your bespoke piece.   We will endeavour to fulfil your order and we will notify you to provide a further update.  Where we do not expect to be able to resolve any supply or other operational issue in a timely manner, we may refund your money in a reasonable time without any further financial obligation by us to any organisation or individual for any loss financial or otherwise which they may suffer as a result of us having no alternative, other than to cancel your order and thank you sincerely for your custom. 

We try hard to ensure that where possible, the stock on our website is fully available but due to the nature of some of our suppliers, the parameters of our operation and other unforeseeable circumstances, there may be occasions where we cannot fulfil your order. Please see the above paragraphs for information on how we will endeavour to navigate this and deal fairly with these and other similar matters.

On occasion we may substitute or modify our design components based on availability, always ensuring that we achieve a similar design aesthetic and always of an equal or greater monetary value using products of the quality expected from Karmic Blooms.

Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate and this will be indicated at Checkout where applicable.  All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Karmic Blooms cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery, or in the event of a delay which is out of the control of Karmic Blooms.  We only deliver inside mainland UK at the current time.  Please allow adequate time for delivery of your items and note the lead time for bespoke orchids is 7-10 days.  Where this is note possible we will advise you and our terms and conditions as stipulated above, will then apply.

Karmic Blooms offer a selection of products which have bespoke components or are entirely produced so that the customer’s specific and individual order may be fulfilled.  These products fall outside of the usual distance selling regulations and no returns can be provided for goods which have been made to order.  A great deal of time and skill is involved in sourcing materials for and in design and production elements of these products and the contract is made between the customer and Karmic Blooms on completion of the Checkout and once the order is acknowledged by us in line with our terms and conditions.  At no time thereafter are Karmic Blooms able to offer a refund for any products with any bespoke, made to order or individually designed element and neither are we able to offer any financial or other compensation as a result of any other related loss.  The customer is urged to ensure that they are entirely happy with the size, colour, material and other elements of all of the components of their chosen piece prior to initiating and completing their order.  Karmic blooms is not responsible in any way or to any extent for an y loss injury or harm resulting from the issue , supply or procurement, use, handling, contact with or disposal of it's pieces, packaging, comms, intellectual property etc and in any event the customer is hereby notified and warned that any small pieces such as loose crystals may represent a hazard and should be kept away from small children and pets or others as appropriate, as with any other small parts.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not binding and provide the customer a general description of the product which is as accurate as possible.  Colours may look different in tone and saturation depending on the screen or display and the customer accepts these unintentional variations which cannot be avoided in the online shopping experience.  Karmic Blooms aren’t able to accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer systems used to view the products. 

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the standard shipping charges in the UK for products returned in line with our other terms and conditions and for those products which have not be produced to order (which are not liable for any refund or exchange).

In the event that a refund falls due under these terms and conditions, we will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than normally 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied.  Please return your products without delay by post so that we can process your refund in good time in line with our refund policy.   Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.

Karmic Blooms shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, technical and computer faults, failures and malfunctions or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. 

Karmic Blooms does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Karmic Blooms nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Karmic Blooms or any of its agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever, which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you. Unless expressly permitted in writing or for personal use and non-business use only, the re-sale of any goods produced or sold by Karmic Blooms, either in part or in entirely is strictly prohibited.

While Karmic Blooms tries to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Karmic Blooms will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. While Karmic Blooms tries to ensure a timely and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this Website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit.  Neither does Karmic Blooms accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or corruption of material or data when downloaded or used by any computer system. 

The contents of these pages (including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials) are the sole intellectual property of Karmic Blooms and as such may be protected by designer protection, trademark or other legal provision.  They must not be used in part or whole, or reproduced in any way for any other use without the express written consent of Karmic Blooms.  Some information and pictures are owned by associates outside of the Karmic Blooms business enterprise and they may seek recompense for the use of their own intellectual property, which shall not in any way be the responsibility or Karmic Blooms and neither shall Karmic Blooms be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of these images, text and other property regardless how they are used by any other third party, whether a customer of karmic Blooms or not.  

Karmic Blooms reserves all rights permitted by law in relation to the copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, or incorporation into any other work of part or all of the material available on this Website in any form is prohibited.

Customers retain full entitlement to use all web content in relation to browsing and placing orders and full utilisation of the website in good faith providing no commercial advantage is sought.  Images belonging to third parties are used by Karmic Blooms in absolute good faith and all reasonable attempts are made to ensure compliance with individual or third party providers to comply with their usage wishes and restrictions.  Karmic Blooms suggests that customers address third party providers to verify their usage conditions in the event of any doubt or enquiry.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights and have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and governed under UK law.

Karmic Blooms will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other Websites which you may access via links within or via other means within this Website. Karmic Blooms does not control these Websites and is not responsible for their content or any loss incurred as a result of accessing their content, whether by clicking on direct links or through any other mechanism.   

Karmic Blooms make no recommendations nor are affiliated with any other organisation, company or enterprise.  Any such, links are provided merely as a service to users of this Website and their inclusion in this Website does not constitute an endorsement by Karmic Blooms. The entire liability of Karmic Blooms under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply, shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the total of their transaction in payment for their purchased products. 

Karmic Blooms will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in or failure to perform any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you, where this is as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control. 

Karmic Blooms may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these Terms to any third party at any time and without any prior notice or without need to provide notice of the same to any other person or customer.  You the customer may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these Terms except with the specific permission in writing of Karmic Blooms. 

No person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
