When your arrangement arrives: carefully lift it from the vessel FROM THE BASE AND NEVER THE STEMS to avoid any damage.

Gently shape the stems into your desired form and use A soft brush or clothe to carefully and lightly dust the petals and any crystal elements.

To keep your blooms looking their best:

• Avoid placing in direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Dust regularly with a soft cloth or small brush
• A vacuum on the lowest setting may be used with care
• We recommend avoiding use of cleaning products on your blooms

Our artificial flowers are designed and crafted for indoor display and haven't been tested for full UV stability, though they are treated with a protective floral spray to help with sun exposure. We recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight, rain and damp conditions, temperature extremes or prolonged moisture.

All of our beautiful artificial blooms are lovingly handcrafted from the finest quality materials. Each fabric is carefully chosen to ensure our flowers are as true to nature as possible — from the delicate petal shapes to the lifelike colours.

Some of our blooms are crafted from a premium synthetic material designed to minimise fraying while naturally repelling dirt and moisture. Many of our orchids are "real touch", which may include a soft latex coating for an incredibly realistic feel.

Our carefully crafted floral pieces are designed to bring lasting beauty to your space. With proper care and placement away from direct sunlight and extreme heat, you can expect your arrangement to maintain its vibrant appearance for 5-10 years or more; a testament to the quality of our work and materials.

Every order is carefully prepared with care and will arrive securely in protective recycled paper, nestled into one of our signature cardboard boxes and suitably finished ready for you to unwrap and enjoy. Taller stems may be gently tucked away to ensure safe travels and can be preened to create your desired look once delivered. You will also receive a care card, crystal properties card and KARMIC BLOOMS™ signature branded labelling. Due to the fragile nature and size of our pieces, we are not able to offer gift wrapping.

Our pieces are bespoke and our lead time is 10 days. In the event of any issue, we promise to keep you informed.

To keep things simple and as affordable as possible; we offer free shipping as standard.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. Once we have completed your bespoke piece (normally 7-10 days) we will carefully select and book a suitable courier for your delivery. Once in the couriers system, a further email containing your tracking information will be sent, so you can follow your order every step of the way.
