Collection Pieces

Karmic Blooms collection pieces are individually handcrafted and may be created to order.

Where a customer purchases an existing Karmic Blooms design without requesting individual alterations, personalisation or other specific requirements, the piece is treated as a Collection Piece for the purposes of our cancellation and returns policy.

For Collection Pieces purchased online, customers have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal requirements and exclusions.

Where a customer wishes to exercise their right to cancel, they must notify Karmic Blooms within the applicable cancellation period and return the goods without undue delay.

Bespoke & Personalised Commissions

Some Karmic Blooms pieces are created specifically to meet a customer's individual requirements.

A Bespoke Commission may include an individually specified vessel, particular combination of botanicals or stones, specific dimensions, personalised elements, branding, or other design features requested by the customer which are not part of the standard Karmic Blooms Collection.

Where a product has been made to the customer's particular specifications or has been clearly personalised, the statutory cancellation right may not apply. Customers will be informed where this applies before placing a bespoke order.

Because significant time, design work and materials may be committed specifically to a Bespoke Commission, cancellation and refund arrangements for such commissions will be confirmed as part of the commissioning process.

This does not affect any statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to goods which are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges

We may, at our discretion, offer an exchange for an alternative Collection Piece of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

An exchange does not replace any statutory refund or cancellation right which applies to a purchase.

Exchanges are not available where the law permits Karmic Blooms to exclude cancellation rights for a genuinely bespoke or personalised commission.

Returned Goods

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, customers should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in their possession and return them without undue delay following cancellation.

Goods should be returned with reasonable care and, where reasonably possible, together with any components, packaging or accessories supplied with the order.

Customers may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has consequently been diminished, Karmic Blooms may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund in accordance with applicable law.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where a statutory cancellation right applies.

Refunds

Where a statutory refund is due, Karmic Blooms will process the refund without undue delay and within the timescales required by law.

Where applicable, the refund will include the standard delivery charge originally paid by the customer. Additional charges arising from a customer's choice of an enhanced delivery service may not be refundable where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in this policy affects a customer's statutory rights.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is materially different from its description or does not meet the requirements of the contract, please contact Karmic Blooms as soon as possible with details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will work with the customer to resolve the matter in accordance with their statutory rights.

Materials, Variations & Handcrafted Pieces

Karmic Blooms pieces are individually handcrafted using carefully selected faux botanicals, natural stones, decorative components and sculptural vessels.

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape and finish may occur as a natural consequence of the materials and handcrafted production process. Product photography is intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible, although colours may appear differently depending on the customer's screen or device.

Where a customer has specifically selected or requested particular materials or design elements as part of a Bespoke Commission, those requirements will be confirmed with the customer before production.
