Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is provided on our full terms and conditions document.

Where products are supplied by our trusted partners we will do our best to provide a latest expected delivery date to you at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and depending on the arrangements with our supplier you will also receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking.

Where products are bespoke or provided directly by us Karmic Blooms, we will advise you of the expected lead time in the product description and as you checkout.  In the event we cannot fulfil this date due to supply of components, delivery or other challenges, we promise to keep you informed.

Our rates differ depending on the value of your order and the type of product you are purchasing.  Where delivery costs from our trusted suppliers are higher than stated Karmic Blooms will cover these costs ensuring that you only pay the cost displayed to you clearly at checkout.  

Please ensure that you are happy with the delivery costs AND return arrangements for your products before you complete your checkout.

WE MAY OCCASIONALLY OFFER FREE DELIVERY AND THIS WILL BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED AT CHECK OUT and is entirely at our discretion.

Free (for orders over £40 excluding bespoke)

LEAD AND DELIVERY TIME FOR BESPOKE ARRANGEMENTS

£9.50 (per item for all orders) unless otherwise stated

Delivery can usually be expected in 7 -10 days but can sometimes be a little longer if we have to wait for the delivery of components such as your high quality crystal.  Your piece is 100% handcrafted and professionally curated and finished and we appreciate your patience as we ensure that your product is created and delivered to you in perfect condition.
